Lilach Wasserman is an Israeli living in New York City, deeply passionate about Israel and Israeli culture. She holds a degree in dance and has a background in modern dance and performing arts. Over the past decade, she has dedicated her work to philanthropy and human rights, actively engaging with nonprofit organizations that advocate for youth, social justice, and humanitarian causes.

In 2023, Lilach traveled to Israel to document the realities of the war, contributing to the emotionally powerful documentary Revelation — a project focused on the October 7th attack. This film was created in collaboration with Sailfish Productions, a digital media company founded by Melissa Francis (best known from Little House on the Prairie, CNBC, MSNBC, and FOX News Channel).

Lilach’s collaboration with Sailfish Productions began in May 2024. Together, they worked on multiple documentary projects, including Revelation and, more recently, Prophecy (2025). Lilach brought her expertise in immersive storytelling, field logistics, and human-centered production to the projects, shaping narratives rooted in truth and emotional impact.

She leads multicultural crews with a keen vision to express the story with impact  and clarity .  balancing creativity with structure — allocating resources with intention, developing fluid production timelines, and managing shifting logistics across borders.

Her signature strength lies in shaping information into narrative: selecting and managing interviews that don’t just support a story, but reveal it. From pre-interview to final edit, she guides the emotional and informational trajectory with the precision of a storyteller and the adaptability of a field producer.

With multiple films featured at international festivals including Cannes, Lilach brings a rare blend of artistic intuition and operational mastery — ensuring that every moment captured is rooted in authenticity, and every story told leaves a lasting impact.
